Processing Times

All orders placed through the shop are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Please note, shipping may be delayed in the event of a high volume of orders, so your patience is appreciated.

Postage Rates

Postage rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local pickup options are available at Munimba-ja gallery and culture space (1/3 Panorama Place, Maleny 4552) during gallery opening hours.

All items will be sent via Australia Post regular parcel post.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery time within Australia is 2-5 working days, depending on your area.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently unavailable. If you live overseas but would still like to purchase from our shop, please send us an email.

Tracking the status of your order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. Please allow the standard delivery times mentioned above before contacting us about a delayed order.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately we cannot send to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns of physical items up to seven (7) days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition (i.e. no signs of wear or use, and in original packaging if applicable). We will refund the full purchase amount minus the shipping costs, once the item has been returned, and providing it is in its original condition.

If you would like to exchange a t-shirt for a different size, please be aware that you will need to pay for the return postage and new postage. Please chose carefully. T-shirt exchanges will be dependent on stock availability.

No refunds can be made on services, or for pay if forward initiatives.

Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
